- Benchmarking is a way of discovering what the best performance or quality being achieved is – by a competitor or by an entire different industry. This information then can be used to identify gaps in an organization’s processes or product’s design in order to achieve a competitive advantage.
- JND has our own processes and plan with test cases and is doing benchmarking for many products, which has market-leading benefits.

Early Warning Process
- The roles of EWP(Early Warning Process) is monitoring new model launch/return trends from quality perspective using sources from field test, contact center, website, available internal/external data, and others.
- And EWP also analyzes early returned products, generate formal report,document and inform management of the results and issues found during early returned phone inspection,and communicate with the internal department regarding product quality. EWP works for continuous improvement in a timely manner. Doing these activities, we can reduce huge failure costs by improving early detected defect,and also increase product quality by reflecting these solutions to the next future models.
Risk Analysis
- New technology can give companies a first-mover advantage but this requires boldness and there will always be some risk.
